Due to the food-grade nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that remain in their original, unopened, and heat-sealed packaging.
Contact Support
Notify our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Ensure the herbs are in their original, unopened vacuum-sealed bags and pack them securely to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Items
Affix the provided RMA number to the outside of your package and send it to our warehouse facility using a tracked shipping service.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.
